Thank you for your interest in our products and services . This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased only from H&A Middle East, you must provide order confirmation or invoice to accept service task.

H&A is committed to provide high quality and branded products to satisfy the trust from our valued customers. Customer is our priority. 

What does this limited warranty cover? 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Flat tires, brake pads, misuse, water damage and intentional damage are not part of Warranty. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

H&A will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last? 

The Warranty Period is mentioned in each product. Warranty Period covers by manufacturer, therefore different Warranty Period for a specific brand or product. Warranty starts from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions
  • malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
